Breathing Room runs as a structured 12-week nervous system progression.

Each Wednesday, we work with a specific state in the nervous system… gradually building capacity, stability, and regulation over time.

I’m Dr. Steven Fonso—author, educator, chiropractor and creator of the Self-Worth Method.

For more than 23 years, I’ve worked with thousands of people to help them reduce stress, heal, and reconnect with their authentic power. My background in human performance, healing and chiropractic gave me a deep understanding of the body, spine, and nervous system. My calling as a teacher allows me to share those insights in ways that people can live, breathe, and embody.
